Brooke is a San Diego native who has had a love for baking since a young age, finding joy not only in creating desserts but in the happiness they bring to others. At just 19 years old, she launched her first business, Bliss Cookie Cart, where she specialized in gourmet ice cream cookie sandwiches. What began as a passion quickly grew into something more. Today, Brooke is excited to serve San Diego through Bliss Bakery SD, offering delicious baked goods and a truly unique customer experience. With heart, creativity, and a love for her community, Brooke looks forward to growing Bliss Bakery SD and sharing sweetness every step of the way.
